Extracurricular Programs

We value the importance of allowing students to explore their own interests and to develop their talents outside of the classroom. We work closely with our teachers, students, parents, and Community Education department to create an exciting offering of enrichment activities.
 

Sandpiper Programs

  • Trekkers: A 10-week running program during recess that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

  • Student Council: Students may run for student council office and elected members participate in student leadership roles on campus. 

  • Yearbook: Students work with a teacher sponsor to create our annual yearbook

  • AR Club: Readers of all ability levels take advantage of extra time to read, complete AR tests, and explore reading interests.

  • Gardening Club: Students learn science to maintain a full garden throughout the year. Special projects have allowed the club to partner the Future Farmers of America at Paradise Valley High School.

  • Community Education Programs

Through the PVSchools Community Education department, we are able to offer a wide range of after-school activities to satisfy the interests of our students.
